Probably still my favorite of all my vintage Heuers: the Autavia ref. 2446 GMT "MK1" i.e. first execution.

The watch is from ca. 1968, and it is - say - fairly rare. Cheers, HSTE

A number of macro-shots of my Heuer Autavia "Mareographe" ref. 2446 SF

powered by a Valjoux 721. It has an interesting serial number, whereby the 6 digit number consists of five "1" and one "2". Cheers, HSTE

... it happened. It was part of a watch trade with a fellow vintage watch collector. It can happen. Cheers, HSTE

Vulcain Cricket vs Heuer Carrera (early first execution)

Look at these legs! Cases for both watches were made by Ervin Piquerez SA in the early 1960s. The stylistic similarities are evident.
